From the case studies we have seen, most of the software risk in banking
and stock markets fall into 2 categories:
- Created by human ( hacker and human errors)
- Software failure
The suggestion to avoid such software risk are:
- Improve software security to prevent hackers from accessing the internal privacy information.
- Sufficient testing on coding need to be done to ensure accuracy.
- Sufficient testing on actual system need to be done to ensure the integration between new and old system
- Ready for facing errors to provide the fastest solution
